Los talleres "informativos" (en éste caso) son nada más que "formalidades" previas para consumar luego "atropellos a la sociedad" indefensa; que diferente sería que se diera la oprtunidad a la sociedad de informarse previamente sobre sus derechos y sobre su ambiente, independientemente de los que vienen a causar "impactos ambientales" con todo el apoyo.

Hasta para un niño de 5 años es evidente que esos rios no se comunican con la cuenca del Inambari por encima del lugar en que se contruiría la represa.
La carretera no es lo más costoso, es la propia biodiversidad; el gen de resistencia al glifosato (fuente: Dr. Destefano, aqui), le reportó ganacias por más de 50 000 000 000,00 dolares a la Argentina. Pero no es una riqueza a la disposición de nostros los legos, hay que impulsar la bio-tecnología propia de punta.
Rio abajo del Inambari, esta la selva baja, las "cochas" en el Perú y el gran pantano en el Brasil; si se reduce el caudal del rio, puede haber un buen sistema de rehidratación por otras fuentes; el problema mayor esta en las cargas de metales pesados por la actividad industrial en la cuenca media y alta del Inambari; y su efecto sobre la biodiversidad y el humano por bioacumulación.
Los peces de ese embalse no se podrán exportar. Salvo que se prohiba la minería aurífera, se prohiba la minería del uranio, se prohiba la descarga de detritus humanos y su carga biológica en toda la cuenca. O sea, que se expropie todo el territorio de Carabaya a sus ciudadanos y los lleven de mendigos a la Lima de los Cárcamo, Canto Grande, Lurigancho o la Parada; a la Lima de los hombres con futuro expropiado. A Las villas miseria, monumentos a la ceguera total de visión de país de los viejos estadistas.
¿Queremos eso?.
